This page is an example of a form. This form can be used to submit messages to the website owners / managers. The address receiving the comments as well as the reply message sent to users can be configured. The form page can be used to collect any sort of data you like, e.g. login pages, member profile information, surveys, etc.

This field at the bottom of the form is a CAPTCHA field. A CAPTCHA is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether the user is human. "CAPTCHA" is an acronym for "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart", trademarked by Carnegie Mellon University. Its purpose is to prevent automated programs from sending spam messages. The feature can be turned on or off for each form.
